Brenda Vallieu, MA, PCC
Drawing upon 20+ years of corporate and educational experience, I help leaders develop their potential, navigate real-time leadership challenges, and realize increased confidence, resilience, and fulfillment at work and in life.
My work can best be summed up:
‘I help leaders focus on and strengthen their inner game, so they can bring their best selves to the outer game.’
My journey into learning and development began while working at a NYC-based health care company, Innovatix, LLC, when I was asked to spearhead their first training department. What an incredible ride! Our team developed a "101" onboarding program, blended learning content, and partnered with leaders across the company to support their niche training needs.
Since then I have worked for two global organizations, Foot Locker, Inc., and Tiffany & Co., in management roles. A highlight for me was the opportunity to design, deliver, and measure management-focused coaching programs. I am immensely proud of this work, as it supported an important shift in leadership mindset...‘The Manager as Coach.’
In my coaching and facilitation work, I bring a ‘whole person’ approach to every client, drawing from neuroscience, positive psychology, somatics, mindfulness, adult development, systemic approaches, and the latest in leadership research.
As an active ICF member and past ATD Board member, I am committed to continual development and supporting the future of coaching and workplace learning.
As your coach and strategic partner, I will be 100% committed to your success.
I look forward to working together!
